Kyle Brockman is the owner and guide behind Brockmans Guide Service, bringing years of experience and a lifelong connection to the rivers of Southern Oregon. Raised near the banks of the North and South Umpqua, Kyle developed a deep passion for fishing early on, and today he channels that same energy into helping others enjoy time on the water. Known for his patient and hardworking approach, Kyle goes the extra mile to ensure every guest gets the most out of their trip. Winter steelhead fishing holds a special place in Kyle’s heart. He grew up learning the patterns of these fish and now takes pride in sharing that knowledge with others. Whether you’re new to fishing or a seasoned angler looking to refine your techniques, Kyle is ready to guide you through the process. His goal is always the same: put people on fish, make the experience enjoyable, and create memories worth coming back for. Clients appreciate not only Kyle’s skill but also his friendly, easygoing style. He understands that every angler is different, and he tailors each trip to meet the needs and goals of the group. His dedication to client satisfaction has earned him a loyal following, with many guests returning year after year to fish with someone they trust. When it comes to equipment, Kyle runs a clean and dependable operation. His fleet includes a Thunder Jet sled boat for bigger water and groups, and a Willie drift boat for more technical river sections or smaller parties. Both boats are kept in top condition and outfitted with quality gear to match the season and target species. Safety and comfort are always a priority, so guests can relax and focus on the fishing while Kyle handles the rest.
